Our History
Silvestri Construction LLC was officially established in 2020, built on over a decade of hands-on experience and a lifelong passion for building. Founder John Silvestri discovered his love for construction early in life, developing his skills at the Wayne County Career Center in Smithville, Ohio. His training, combined with natural talent and dedication, laid the foundation for a company rooted in craftsmanship, innovation, and integrity. In 2012, after spending time in New York City, John and his wife, Rachelle, returned to Wooster, Ohio, to build their lives and pursue his career in construction. Over the next eight years, John gained extensive experience in various trades, including carpentry, tree work, iron work, and welding, sharpening his expertise and deepening his understanding of every aspect of the industry. This broad knowledge became the backbone of Silvestri Construction’s ability to handle a wide range of projects with precision and skill. Today, Silvestri Construction is a trusted name in the community, known for its commitment to quality and attention to detail. John leads each project with hands-on expertise and a dedication to excellence, while Rachelle manages the behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
